Welcome to the Association of Planters of Kerala (APK), the leading voice of the organized plantation sector in Kerala. Established in 1939 as the Association of Planters of Travancore, we have a rich legacy that has evolved alongside the growth of our nation. With the formation of the new state of Kerala, our association proudly took on the name it bears today “Association of Planters of Kerala” on 27th September 1957.
Representing Kerala’s organized plantation sector, our association stands as a robust umbrella organization encompassing Tea, Rubber, Coffee, and Cardamom. We are backed by district planters' associations and other commodity growers' associations, all dedicated to advancing the interests of our members and the broader plantation community.
As an affiliate of the United Planters Association of South India (UPASI), which represents the interests of planters across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, APK plays a pivotal role in advocating for the rights and welfare of plantation stakeholders. Our mission is clear: to promote and protect the plantation industry, ensuring its sustainability and growth.
At APK, we are not just preserving a legacy; we are actively shaping the future of Kerala’s plantation sector. Join us as we continue to support and uplift the vibrant plantation sector of our state.
